Risk Management Department Function
The Risk Management department is a component of the Human Resources department which manages employee safety in the workplace, Worker’s Compensation, and the District’s Employee Safety & Wellness Program. Employee safety and wellness are a priority of Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District. Everyone plays an integral role in minimizing and/or preventing accidents including employees, supervisors, and every level of school district administration.
