Risk Management Department FunctionThe Risk Management department is a component of the Human Resources department which manages employee safety in the workplace, Worker’s Compensation, and the District’s Employee Safety & Wellness Program. Employee safety and wellness are a priority of Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District. Everyone plays an integral role in minimizing and/or preventing accidents including employees, supervisors, and every level of school district administration.We value our employees and strive to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
